How to refill your pumpkin or Acorn candle jar:
This year, we are refilling your jars so you don’t have to buy the whole candle again and in return you will receive 15% off your new Pumpkin or Acorn candle.
We will refill any jars you have as long as they have been emptied and cleaned before being returned to us.
Please fill out the form before sending your jars back to us, Payments will be taken once we have received the jars.
What happens next?
1. Return your jar
Drop it into our Lacock shop or package it carefully and post it to us.
2. We'll check it
Once it arrives, we'll inspect your jar to make sure it's in a safe condition to be reused. If it has been damaged in transit, unfortunately we won't be able to refill it.
3. We refill it
Once approved, your original jar gets a fresh pour of our Pumpkin fragrance.
4. You save 15%
As a thank you for returning and reusing your jar, you'll receive 15% off your new Pumpkin candle.
5. We return it.
Either by post or ready to collect from store.
(However, you give it to us, we will send it back the same way.)
