Always extinguish the candle and do not relight when the wax is less than 1cm. Always burn on a heat protected surface. Never burn your candle for longer than 3 hours. Excessive burning can cause issues. Be cautious and burn your candles sensibly.

Never burn your candle for longer than 3 hours at a time.
Allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass on the first burn to prevent your candle from tunnelling down the middle.
Trim your wick to 5mm before relighting every time.
In between burns place the lid back on your jar to keep the dust out and the scent in.
Replace your candle jar when the wax is 5mm fro the bottom (you reach the OLIV logo) -
