If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. Collect spillage. Dispose of contents/container to approved disposal site, in accordance with local regulations. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish the candle and do not relight when the wax is less than 1cm. Always burn on a heat protected surface. Never burn your candle for longer than 3 hours. Excessive burning can cause issues. Be cautious and burn your candles sensibly.

Never burn your candle for longer than 3 hours at a time.
Allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass on the first burn to prevent your candle from tunnelling down the middle.
Trim your wick to 5mm before relighting every time.
In between burns place the lid back on your jar to keep the dust out and the scent in.
Replace your candle jar when the wax is 5mm from the bottom. -

Our pumpkin candles burn for approx 55-60 hours. . To get the most from yours, trim the wick to around 5mm before each burn and never burn for longer than 4 hours at a time.

Our candles are hand poured in house by us Oliver & Olivia with the aim to create high quality, luxury candles whilst being affordable for everyday use. All of our candles are made from eco-friendly ingredients and can be refilled. Our candles become a part of your daily routine and are designed to stay in your home.

We use an organic soy wax in all of our candles and they are scented with paraben or phthalate free fragrance oils . Individual ingredient lists can be found on each product.

Yes! Refillability is a big part of OLIV. Once your candle has finished, selected OLIV vessels can be refilled so you can keep the jar you love and enjoy your favourite scent all over again. For our ceramic Pumpkin candles, simply return the empty jar to us and we can refill it ready for another autumn.
